Another key strategy is the focus on our people. Our strategy of employing our own full-time permanent staff not only allows us to retain knowledge & skills but also allows us to share our experience & best practice through early engagement and collaboration with our clients.
Our team consists of 9 full-time QESH Staff all trained to the relevant standards (IOSH & NEBOSH, and ISOS accreditation levels), implementing a rigorous regime of auditing to ensure compliance with our Management Systems. We strive to continuously improve with a focus to adopt and implement new initiatives such as Daily Hazard Boards and Safety Observation Report systems
Recruitment and retention of skilled & highly trained staff means that experience & lessons learnt taken onto future projects.
Our policy is to promote continuous learning amongst all staff. This takes a number of forms including on the job training, to formal industry training courses and qualifications. Staff undertake their own personal development and the company facilitates this with time off for day release etc. Another company policy is to provide apprenticeships to ensure we have the infrastructure in place to grow.
