This has seen the business secure various contracts in 2021 to the value of £40m over the course of the last 6 weeks. The first is the award of the Lister Drive Greener Grid Park by Statkraft which is a first for the Company for this type of project. Another key award for us was the Scottish Power Access Road Framework where we were awarded sole supplier for the next 3 years. This sees us continue a long standing relationship with the Iberdrola / Scottish Power Group of Companies.
This period also saw us awarded a Link Road Project for Derbyshire County Council,
These wins highlight a mixture of successes, with the range and scope of these projects a real testament to NRS Groups capability and growing reputation in the market.
NRS Groups recent successes has seen us position ourselves as the Contractor of choice with the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects including the Civils Package for East Anglia One onshore substation, and the EA1 Operations & Maintenance Base in Lowestoft. Also currently underway is the Civil Works for the onshore substation for the Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm.
As we have grown and evolved, we have strengthened our focus on continuous improvement of our Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety systems. We have retained our ISO 9001, 14001 and progressed to 45001. Like everyone else, NRS Group has had to adapt to the challenges COVID presented & continues to do so, taking onboard sometimes harsh lessons to ensure we continue to lay the foundations to thrive & remain a sustainable business as we close in on our 50th anniversary. One achievement for us was achieve the Living Wage Accreditation in December 2020. This is something we are incredibly proud of as our people are the heart of our business. We take our responsibility to treat people fairly and ensure that our pay reflects todays living costs.
As we have moved into 2021, we have continued to drive forward with an exciting period ahead. To ensure we keep pace with the digital era we are launching a new website in May 2021. To compliment this and to add to our marketing capabilities NRS Group have invested in a drone to add a new dimension to the promotion of our capability and range of projects. Having this capability will also allow us to perform surveys should this we ever have this requirement.
As we move forward as a business, we continue to focus on the key elements of what makes NRS Group successful – our people and our customers. We continue to invest in the development of our staff and infrastructure to help us evolve and exceed our Clients expectations.
